At Springwell, we recognize that students need to talk about their feelings and ideas in order to figure out these tough answers. That's why we have Career Coaches who work one-on-one with your child to help to uncover their unique talents, aspirations, skills, and interests.

Sometimes, just the ability to talk to someone who can help them see their options can make an enormous difference in a child's success. We also have a number of valuable tools to help in this process.

The earlier students start thinking about this, the better. We begin with students as early as the 9th grade.
